RESOLVED

At 5:45 PM eastern time on September 3, 2026, Sucuri experienced degraded performance in WAF Cluster 3. Their team identified network instability affecting traffic routed through this location, which may result in intermittent connectivity issues, increased latency, or temporary unavailability for some customers. The issue was resolved by 6:12 PM eastern time on the same day. Since the issue was regional, it did not impact all customers on the platform, and in many cases, the issues were intermittent. We have requested an RCA, and will pass that along to impacted clients once received. Regards, Navari DevOps
